This is my first year using a greenhouse and I've noticed some differences from when we used to raise slips on our sun porch and out in the open garden.
1) I like the greenhouse a whole lot. It's been easier to keep the roots warm and growing plants supplied with sufficient light.
2) Inside the greenhouse the intensity of the sun's heat is often magnified I've had some sweet potato slips look "crinkled" or slightly off color and strongly suspect this was a reaction to the intensity of the light or other conditions inside the greenhouse. I've found that any plant showing such abnormalities will improve greatly if given some time outside, under the open sky. Don't fully understand this, but this is how it seems.

3) I have some aphids appearing inside the greenhouse. They always show up on some sweet potato trays. I've been dealing with this by moving said trays outside, hosing them with a jet of water from the hose (multiple times) and, if temperatures permit, leaving them outside for a couple of days. We have a very healthy population of ladybugs and other beneficial insects in the garden. After a couple of days outside, the plants show no more sign of infestation. Additionally, I've now found a couple of ladybugs inside the greenhouse, working on my plants. This is a good thing.
