This is a variant of Okinawa which cropped up in my tray. Variegation is sometimes stable and sometimes it isn't. It can be caused by a number of factors. The plant I have growing seems just as healthy as the others. I'm going to mark it and see if it's desirable enough to preserve.
Okinawa has a reputation for not being a good producer on the Continent though it did alright for me last year. If this variegated version produces decently AND remains stable in its variegation it might be a real winner for edible landscape plantings.

I should give an update on this. By mid summer I could no longer find any variegated leaves. Either those plants got buried under others with normal coloration, or they ceased to produce leaves with any markings.
I had two plantings of Okinawa and the one that started with some plants with variegated leaves out produced the other planting. There's no way, that I know of, to pinpoint the reason for this. I did, however save roots for starting anew, from the better producing planting.
